There is a special area there for beginners and those who practice sledging. A circuit is also dedicated to those who want to try their hand at ski touring. In addition, a slalom stadium awaits those who love downhill skiing competitions. By renting your equipment from Ski Republic, you will optimise your performance and hurtle down the slope in record time. We also rent snowboards if you practice this discipline. Finally, to facilitate access to the slopes and summits, this area is served by a number of ski lifts including a conveyor belt, a ski lift and chair lifts.
THE SPANISH BRIDGE
Located at an altitude of 1500 metres, the Pont d'Espagne will fascinate you with its sublime waterfalls, forests and frozen streams, not forgetting its unique fauna! Indeed, during your outings and with a bit of luck, you may have the opportunity to meet ptarmigan, ibexes and isards. This area mainly welcomes lovers of cross-country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing and snowboarding. When you rent a snowboard in one of our Cauterets shops, you will experience unique sensations on its slopes. We will provide you with models that meet your exact requirements. Finally, the Pont d'Espagne is also famous for its thermal waters. Since the 16th century, Marguerite de Navarre has often visited it to sample their benefits. Even today, many holidaymakers still take advantage of their stay to take a spa treatment and relax.
