Once the resort is selected, our interactive map allows you to view all our available stores. Choose the one closest to your accommodation by clicking on "Rent here". This ensures maximum convenience during your stay.

For more details about the selected store, click on "Discover this store". You will find practical information such as opening hours, exact address, payment options, and reviews from previous customers to ensure the quality of service you will receive.

After selecting your store and confirming your stay dates, it's time to choose the equipment that will enhance your experience on the slopes:

• Rescue and Evacuation: Full coverage of rescue and search costs, as well as initial transportation in case of an accident.
• Accidental Damage to Equipment: Guarantee of repair or replacement of your ski equipment.
• Theft of Rented Equipment: No more worries about costs in case of theft; we take care of it.
• Reimbursement of Passes and Ski Lifts: Reimbursement of unused passes if the ski lifts are stopped.
• Rental Equipment and Unused Ski Lessons: Reimbursement in case of cancellation due to bad weather.

How to finalize your reservation at Ski Republic?

Creating your account

To book your equipment at Ski Republic, start by creating an account. This is necessary to efficiently manage your reservations and offer you a personalized service. If this is your first visit, you will be guided step by step to create your account and provide the required information.

Browse our website to choose the ski or snowboard packs that suit your needs and level. Add your choices to the cart, select additional services if you wish, and don't forget to apply a promotional code if you have one. Then proceed to the confirmation step and click "Register", you will then be invited to create your account by providing all your contact details.

GOOD PLAN: Take advantage of registering for our newsletter during your registration. This allows you to receive exclusive offers and all our promotions directly in your inbox.

Personal information

To optimize the preparation of your equipment, we will ask you to fill in detailed information about the morphology of each skier: height, weight, shoe size, and head circumference for helmets. This information allows us to precisely adjust your equipment for maximum comfort and safety.

GOOD PLAN: Take the time to fill in this information accurately to avoid any inconvenience and fully enjoy your descents from the moment you arrive.

Payment methods

Ski Republic accepts various payment methods to facilitate your experience: credit cards Visa, MasterCard, as well as other approved international cards.

Ski Republic also offers its customers a 3 or 4 times payment option via our partner Alma. This offer is valid for online payments starting from 100€.

Order tracking and modification

You can modify your order with flexibility up to 24 hours before the start of your reservation. Whether it's changing dates, adjusting options, or adding and removing equipment, most adjustments can be made online via your account.

If this modification results in an additional cost, it will be requested from you in-store during your visit (if you already had a balance to pay in-store it will be adjusted, if you did not have one it will create one).

Conversely, if this modification results in a price reduction, two possibilities: you have a significant balance in-store from which the concerned amount can be deducted or you have no balance in-store so we will refund the amount directly to the card used for payment.

Mountain conditions can be extreme, so make sure to wear winter-appropriate clothing, such as gloves, a hat, a neck warmer, and breathable clothing to stay dry and warm, even during physical exertion under the sun. Your arrival at the store

Once you are ready to leave, make sure you know the exact address and opening hours of your Ski Republic store, available on our website. To facilitate your first day of skiing, we allow you to collect your equipment from 4 PM the day before your first descent.

GOOD PLAN: To avoid long waits, especially on weekends and during school holidays, we highly recommend collecting your equipment the evening before.
