Meribel: the authentic charm

Internationally renowned, the ski resort of Méribel is located in the vallée des Allues, in Savoie. Authentic, elegant and with a rich heritage, this tourist destination plunges you into an idyllic universe with typical mountain architecture. The wooded and peaceful environment seduced a Scottish major in 1936, a certain Peter Lindsey. This welcoming land was fitted out and shaped to accommodate a first ski lift as early as 1938. This British aristocrat knew how to preserve the charm of the valley and ordered renowned architects to create residences in total harmony with the environment. His aim was to create a residential village surrounded by unspoilt, unspoilt nature.

Aesthetically, the resort of Méribel has travelled through the decades while retaining its typical architectural specificity. Today, it is part of the Top of The French Alps thanks to its prestigious destination and its emblematic tourist mecca. Come and stay in a postcard setting, with an omnipresent fauna and flora where elegance is the watchword.
