The winter sports resort of Valmorel was built in 1976 with an environmentally friendly approach. Installed in the Avanchers-Valmorel and medium-sized communes, the constructions of this 4th generation resort are inspired by traditional Savoyard chalets, with a mix of modernity and authenticity.   • You can reach Valmorel by 2 different routes : Join Alberville by the A43 from Chambéry or the N 212 from Annecy. Take the RN 90 towards Moûtiers. Exit at Grand-Aigueblanche to continue on the D95 via Le Bois to Valmorel or take the D94 via Doucy.
  • By plane: Chambéry-Aix-les-Bains is 90 km away. Lyon- Saint Exupéry is 180 km away. Geneva-Cointrin is 125 km away.
  • By train: The TGV arrives at Moûtiers Salins Brides-les-Bains station.Then you have a bus or a taxi to go to the Valmorel ski resort.
