In Risoul , you'll find two partner shops for your equipment rental: Gliss Concept and Bernard Sports . Both are conveniently located near the slopes and offer expert advice from their teams before you head out to explore the Forêt Blanche ski area.
Gliss Concept
Located on the main shopping street, on the ground floor of the Hotel Le Morgan , Gliss Concept enjoys a prime location just 30 meters from the ski lift ticket offices and the ESF ski school , and 50 meters from the start of the slopes . For 20 years, its team has been helping skiers choose their equipment. Skiing, snowboarding, telemark skiing, ski touring, snowscooting, and ski biking: several disciplines are offered, with an on-site workshop for equipment maintenance and repair.
Bernard Sports
Located on the main street in Les Chalps , opposite the pharmacy and right next to the slopes, Bernard Sports boasts a spacious 500 m² shop. At its helm, Bernard Assaut shares his 40 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the area with skiers. The shop offers equipment for all levels, from skis and snowboards to ski touring gear, as well as snowshoes and sleds. A ski storage service is also available.

Risoul 1850: Sunny skiing in the Southern Alps
Located between 1,850 and 2,700 meters in altitude in the Hautes-Alpes , Risoul fully benefits from the mild climate of the Southern Alps. Surrounded by a beautiful larch forest , the resort offers superb panoramic views of the Écrins, Queyras, and Parpaillon mountain ranges. The White Forest: 185 km of skiing
Linked to Vars , Risoul is part of the vast La Forêt Blanche ski area, with 185 km of slopes to explore. From areas suitable for beginners to more challenging runs, the area offers a wide variety of terrain. Among the must-do descents, La Grande Bleue offers nearly 5 km of skiing and a 700 m vertical drop .
Freestyle and Nordic skiing
Freestyle enthusiasts can enjoy Waouland , with its various features, jumps, and fun zones. For a more relaxed atmosphere, Risoul also offers cross-country ski trails that wind through plateaus and forests. Beginners have a dedicated area to gradually discover the joys of skiing.
A lively, human-sized resort
Developed from the 1970s onwards, Risoul has retained a friendly atmosphere and a true mountain spirit. Around the resort, several traditional hamlets recall the area's history. After skiing, restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment make it easy to extend the day.

The resort is accessible from Gap and Grenoble , while the Montdauphin-Guillestre train station offers a convenient option for those arriving by train. Connections then provide access to the resort and the Risoul ski slopes.
