Lanslevillard Val Cenis

Close to the Italian border, Lanslevillard is a typical little village in Savoie. Linked to the Val Cenis resort, it is located at an altitude of 1,460 metres. Discover a mountain atmosphere in the heart of a generous and exotic nature. The village of Lanslevillard plunges you as soon as you arrive into a dreamlike and harmonious universe. In 2001, the resort received its Flocon Vert label, a reward for its ecological commitment. Indeed, thanks to its policy of transition in favour of environmental protection, Val Cenis stands out for its local initiatives that respect biodiversity.

Skiing in Val Cenis Lanslevillard

In the Haute-Maurienne, several destinations are available to you. From Valfréjus to Bonneval sur Arc, you can ski in Val Cenis but also discover other ski resorts and ski down slopes from 1,300 to 3,000 metres in altitude. 

On the border with Italy, Val Cenis offers a wide variety of ski runs with almost 1400 metres of vertical drop. Linking Val Cenis Lanslebourg to Termignon, it is a varied ski area where nature, authenticity and grandiose landscapes are combined. For lovers of powder fields, a large freeride and ski touring area is available for all those who love virgin snow.

Coming to Val-Cenis Lanslevillard

Nestled in the Northern Alps, the resort of Val Cenis is located in the Maurienne valley in Savoie. To reach the village by car, take the A43 motorway towards Turin, then take exit 30 Modane / Haute Maurienne and follow the D1006.  In season, regular bus services run between Modane station and the village resorts. You can reach the valley in only 1h30 from Turin and 4h from Paris. Finally, the resort is less than 2 hours from the airports of Chambéry, Geneva, Turin and Lyon. In addition, bus links are available to easily reach the Maurienne resorts.
