How can I be sure these reviews are real?

Rest assured, the evaluations are collected by an independent third party, Avis Garantis, compliant with the AFNOR standard regarding the collection of reviews. This standard ensures that:

  • Reviews come from customers who have completed a rental on our website.
  • No selection is made among customers: everyone receives an email inviting them to review their purchase experience.
  • Collected reviews are not modified or deleted, except those containing inappropriate, abusive, or illegal content, which may be removed.
  • Every review, positive or negative, is made public.

How to leave a review?

Only actual customers of Ski Republic are allowed to leave a review on our platforms. After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email invitation within the following 10 days to rate your online ordering experience with a rating and a comment.

Why don't I see my review online?

Please note that we need time to review all reviews, so don't worry if your review doesn't appear online immediately! All reviews are subject to reading and moderation to ensure their compliance with our website's guidelines.

Why is my review rejected?

Your review does not meet the publication criteria established on our site. Abusive or unclear content cannot be published. For merchant reviews, mentions of competitors or prices are not accepted. Reviews should only concern your online experience with Ski Republic.

However, you will be informed by email and have the opportunity to submit a new review.

I found other Ski Republic merchant reviews online, can I trust them?

Other organizations (Trustpilot, Pagesjaunes, ...) may collect reviews on merchant sites such as Ski Republic.

  • Reviews come from customers who have actually completed a rental in-store at Ski Republic.
  • No selection is made among customers: everyone receives a card inviting them to review the product (while supplies last).
  • Collected reviews are not modified or deleted, except those containing inappropriate, abusive, or illegal content, which may be removed.
  • Every review, positive or negative, is made public.

How to leave a review?

Only actual customers are allowed to leave a review on our platforms. At the end of your reservation, the store team will provide you with a business card to rate your experience with a rating and a comment. Note that the review posted is associated with the store page, it is not global to the Ski Republic brand.
