J d'enfer organised by ESF

The ESF have organized a new fun event aimed at the whole family called the ‘J d’enfer’. It will take place on Saturday, March 12 in Serre-Chevalier and Saturday, March 26 in Les Arcs.

The concept? In teams of 3, spend the whole day competing in 6 different events spread across the resort. You don’t need to be a champion skier to enter, as the objective of the day is for all participants to have fun. However, a minimum technical level is requested. Children (13 years old and over can participate) should ski at the gold star level and adults have to be at least a level 3 class.

The sport events which you will have to face are:

‘La flèche’: A giant slalom race organized by the ESF

The Record: A speed skiing event inspired by KL

The Airbag: A freestyle event. You will be judged on your style and the difficulty of your jump

‘Biathlon d’enfer’: A Biathlon “Race” with rifle shooting (laser). This event will take place on skis or ski boots and includes a target shooting element.

Rally: A (non-timed) event where you have to achieve the greatest possible height difference

Ski X: A race inspired by ski-cross competitions

Form a team with your family or your friends if you want to have fun and compete with other teams! Many prizes are on offer from Helly Hansen and Leatherman.
