Throughout the season, the resort of Le Corbier offers many activities and events to punctuate your skiing holidays. For example, the Feria des Cimes, a festive atmosphere at 2400 metres altitude in honour of the Ferias of the Basque Coast (rugby, sports tournaments, tastings...). Sybelles Ski Area

With its 310 km of slopes, Les Sybelles is the 4th largest ski area in France. Linking 6 resorts, it is 136 ski slopes that are available to you. La Toussuire, Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, Saint-Jean-d'Arves, Les Bottières, Saint-Colomban des Villards and Le Corbier form a huge playground. Enhancing their heritage and their unique terroir, each resort plunges you into an idyllic snowy universe. From 1100 to 2620 metres above sea level, 70 lifts allow you to reach the summits for a privileged moment and a breathtaking view over the whole Maurienne valley.

This large linked ski area was created in 2003 to bring together atypical ski resorts around a common project, a unique, wild and modern ski area. At the summit, the Ouillon, at 2431 metres altitude, watches over this great playground so that every skier can enjoy the joys of white gold. Other ski resorts are accessible in the valley, such as Valloire, in the centre and south of the Maurienne valley, or Valmeinier on the southern slope of the Maurienne, and finally Valfréjus, a resort in the Haute-Maurienne. 

Ski at Le Corbier

On the Corbier ski area, you will find many fun areas to have fun with your family and share unique moments. The Espace des Étoiles is a fully secured beginners' area served by two covered carpets. So, young and old alike can take advantage of this space to work on their techniques and make their first turns. As for the Viking Fun Track, it is a blue track made up of multiple modules and fun turns to have fun with family or friends on a scripted slope. From the age of 4, the little ones can ski on the Viking theme and leave with memories full of memories. Finally, on the Sybelles snowpark, freestyle fans can test the modules and rails and try out new tricks. Composed of 4 lines, a shred zone and a cool zone, it's the perfect place to chill out with friends. 

Nearly 25 km of cross-country ski trails await you with loops in alternative steps and others in skating. Entirely free, this Nordic area will allow you to discover the whole area from snowy forests to large plateaus. 

Finally, a large off-piste area is accessible for all freeride and powder snow enthusiasts. Accompanied by instructors and high mountain guides, you will be able to practice freeride skiing or ski touring. A unique experience of sliding down the still virgin snowy slopes to enjoy a moment of sharing with nature. Petion trails are also marked out for snowshoeing and trail trails for the bravest! Come to Le Corbier

To access the Maurienne valley, follow the A43 motorway towards Turin and then take the Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne exit. In high season, the TGV serves the Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne SNCF railway station, then shuttles provide a link to Les Sybelles. Finally, buses are available from the airports of Chambéry, Lyon-Saint-Exupéry or Geneva to get to Le Corbier station.
